The Grip Modifier

Accessibility is always at the forefront of our minds. During our testing, we noticed that while some users held the Vario similarly to a car key-fob, using the thumb to push the buttons-others wanted to hold the Vario sideways, using their other fingers to push the buttons. Some of this has to do with finger/thumb dexterity, as well as hand size.

In addition to adding attachment loops to BOTH sides of the Vario to allow for a palm style strap, we created the Grip Modifier. It slides on and off, adding a curved/textured side, and making the "face" of the Vario (where the buttons are) more accessible to a sideways hold.

The grip modifier is 3d printed.
